Suicide & Lock down- (Blog)

Hello readers,

It has taken really a decade for me to step into this world of bloggers. In this blog I like to discuss about the mental agony of lakhs of people during this covid19. At the initial stage it was just like a rumour about this corona virus spread to almost all the countries of the world. But the later stages are making many people affected mentally , physically and financially.  Many people at the vent of this coronavirus infection, have lost their hope to survive, which has made many people to end their lives. Some people though they are not infected by the virus,  feel some psychological affectation and are pushed to take some extreme steps. No bother whether they are healthy or not, aged or young, employed or unemployed, fit or handicapped.... no matter everyone are stressed and the final outcome is suicide.  I insist every readers to speak out their mind every now and then to someone known personally or through social medias like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or even blog writing.  Please express your failure thoughts and deeds, and put a full stop to your guilty consciousness.  Never ever feed your negative feelings by isolating from others because it is the first enemy to our life. Instead of just wasting your precious time on useless things,  it is better to express our views, whatever bad it may contain don't bother... just speak out. The only solution during this lockdown period for many people is getting out of our inner darkness by letting them out. It is very easy to advice than to follow. One should be the master of one's own mind and if your mind doesn't obeys you, then you are at a risk of going “ out of your mind" . The best example is the recent suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput .
